The Lack of Necessary Skills for the Modern Workplace.

          In the workplace, relationship among the peers is intensely crucial in determining the job satisfaction of the peers and harmony of the environment. In this context, effective communication skills appear to be one of the necessary skills one needs to equip when they step in the workplace. Lacking of effective communication skills seems to be a problem as it could harm the relationship between the peers, causing one to work in an unhappy environment because of the presence of another unfavorable colleague. It is possible that the unsatisfactory relationship stems from the misunderstanding with one another. If that is the case, increasing the communication with the disliked one in the workplace may at the same time enhance the comprehension of that person. It seems that all of the efforts to maintain the desirable and harmonious relationship require effective communication skills. Hence, training aimed at boosting the employees' skills on dealing with others should be provided by the employers. Individually, peers could have gatherings among one another to enhance the mutual understanding.
